About Kingsbury Water Park

This vast landscape of lakes nestling on the eastern edge of Birmingham provides a wonderful escape from seething city life.

The water park is situated in over 600 acres of parkland and contains 15 lakes for local anglers to fish from. The lakes are well stocked with carp, pike, bream and tench, as well as roach, rudd and perch. There are lakes for competition fishing, and some lakes have been specially set aside for youngsters.

Kingsbury offers a wealth of wildlife making it perfect for nature lovers, plenty of quiet places to wander, cycle paths, picnic and barbeque area. There are several sporting pitches on the large grassed areas and a jet bike centre.

Visitors will find a friendly information centre where you can learn more about the park and its many annual events, these even include an event for making Christmas decorations! From the centre you can purchase gifts, souvenirs, books and maps, and if you happen to be energetic, you can even hire a cycle!

This is a picturesque place to spend a few hours away from it all, or for anyone wishing to stay for a few days in a peaceful country retreat, there is a camp-site and caravan park.

The "Old Barn" coffee shop provides drinks and snacks.

Kingsbury Water Park can be found at Bodymoor Heath, Sutton Coldfield.
